​StarLight Structures (SLS) manufactures and sells handcrafted historical tents, custom structures, and Underhill Pavilion® products. Because many of our products are large, handcrafted, or custom-made, shipping and return arrangements may vary by order.

 

Shipping & Delivery

StarLight Structures currently serves customers within the United States. Shipping, freight, delivery, or pickup arrangements are determined based on the product’s size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements.

Shipping costs may be separate from the listed product price. For larger structures, we work with customers to determine a practical and cost-effective shipping or delivery option.

Production and shipping dates for custom products are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur due to material availability, carriers, weather, transportation interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

 

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If packaging or products appear damaged, photograph the packaging and affected areas before discarding materials. When possible, document visible damage with the carrier at delivery.

Returns

Ready-made, unmodified products may be eligible for return depending on the product’s condition and circumstances. Please contact StarLight Structures before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping and any applicable costs will be determined based on the circumstances of the return.

 

Custom Orders

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, altered, or specially manufactured products are generally not returnable once production has begun.

If you need to cancel a custom order, contact us as soon as possible. Any refund eligibility will depend on the stage of production and costs already incurred, including materials, custom supplies, labor, and other non-recoverable expenses.

 

Workmanship Concerns

A workmanship concern is different from a return.

StarLight Structures stands behind the workmanship of the products we manufacture. If you believe your product has a manufacturing or workmanship issue, contact us promptly with photographs and a description of the concern. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
